Left outside Hermione's door in Kashtta is a thin package. The package is simply wrapped up in brown paper and a thin blue bow. There's also a small note on a piece of paper slipped under the bow which reads.
'Hermione,
Heard around the Tower that it was your birthday, thought I'd get you this.
I really hope it's not too late.
Happy Birthday,
Robert.'
The gift is a copy of Shakespeare's 'The Winter's Tale' - something which Robert is always reminded by when he thinks of Hermione. It's how he recognized her name the first day they met. He hopes she doesn't already have a copy of it.
